General information

The contractual relations between Copiarte S.L. and their customer are subject to the general trading conditions of the Copiarte S.L.. Deviating trading conditions of the customers do not apply. Individual agreements have to be made in writing to be effective.

Conclusion of a contract and order

The goods or products specified by Copiarte S.L. on their webpage or through other media do not represent a direct offer for sale, and are only a request to the customer to place a purchase request. A such purchase request can be made by filling out the purchase order form provided by Copiarte S.L..

obligated to complete the purchase order form (name, address etc..) fully and completely. Any errors due by incorrect information is the customers sole responsibility.

bound to his order for six weeks. This period begins the day when the order is made.

The order/the purchase request of in principle accepted and executed by Copiarte S.L. only for the in each case current prices and conditions. Exceptions who are treated individually have to be made in writing.

The order/the purchase request has not to be expressly accepted by Copiarte S.L..

By the direct delivery of the commodity and/or products, i.e. the delivery to the freight forwarder, Post-office etc. the order/the purchase request is considered as accepted.

Delivery and payment

The passing of risk to the customer takes place with delivery to the freight forwarder and/or carriers like the post office.

The periods for delivery will be prolongated in case of 'force majeur' or in cases that we have not been received our normal supplies to us.

The customer has to bear the extra costs of the delivery e.g. by absence of the customer.

The forwarding agents, carriers, post office etc., deliver in principle only at working-days.

Furthermore apply the terms of delivery and payment which are separately and up-to-date stated in each case.

These are part of these general trading conditions.

Guarantee

In principle products with material defects or production errors can be returned.

However, Copiarte S.L. has to be informed about these immediately, but latest in the following 14 days after receipt of the commodity in writing. If the customer omits this notice of defect the commodity is considered as duly accepted.

The orders of paintings/pictures, as well as the framing of paintings/pictures are basicly manufactured by Copiarte S.L. directly and immediately after receipt of the order (manufacturing of a work). Therefore a general right of devolution can not be given.

Slight variations in colour, surface finish as well as in the format depend on the used material and/or production and not completely avoidable. Such variations do not entitle to a notice of defect.

Reservation of title of ownership

The supplied commodity remains property of Copiarte S.L. until the purchase price has been paid in full.
